New Year, New Me?

So when I got on the scales after Christmas I was 15stone! (210lbs) I've never been close to this before, I knew it was bad, I'm not stupid, I knew I'd gained loads of weight this year, but nothing quite prepares you for those numbers!

I started dieting a few weeks ago, I've gone back to basics, lots of raw fruit and veg, lean meats, I've ditched the salt,sugar and processed fats, I allow myself a little skimmed milk in my coffee ( for my own sanity!). Basically at this point I'm trying to train myself out of my processed food life style, my reliance on bread products and quick fixes, ive also skipped the wine!

Any advice/ support will be most welcome

Oh! I've lost 11lbs so far, so current weight 199, target around 140, but to be honest just less!
