New Year Challenge!!

1. Write down 4 actions you need to take that you have been putting off
(example Lose weight, eat healthier foods, increase activity, quit smoking, get out of a dysfunctional relationship, read more, start a business, stop swearing, invest in positive relationships, improve financial status)

2. Under each, write down why you have not taken action & what pain was associated to taking that action?
(wt loss example: not sure what to eat, finding time to exercise, not wanting to give up favorite indulgences, feeling safe by having a larger body, having to change how you eat, shop & live)

3. Write down all the pleasure you have had in the past by indulging in this negative behavior or pattern
(I get to eat what I want, i can do other things instead of exercise, I don't have to change - Change is painful, right??)

4. Write down what it will cost you if you do not change NOW!
Risk of chronic illness like heart disease, diabetes, back & joint pain
Despising the way I look in the mirror
Never attracting a decent mate or feeling attractive to the one I have
Lack of energy to do the things I love with people I care about
Buying large sized clothes instead of what I wish I could fit into
Shortening my life span & missing out on what could be!

Please share your top 4! I am already taking action on mine. Let share this with others & together & hold each other accountable to make TRUE, long-lasting, impactful life change this year!

- have a more active daily routine
- make lots of money
- grow my own business

2. Under each, write down why you have not taken action & what pain was associated to taking that action?
- Achieve my goal weight: make too many excuses not to change my habits
- have a more active daily routine: getting comfortable where I am and how I am
- make lots of money: procrastinated on all good ideas
- grow my own business: not making the most of every minute of everyday

3. Write down all the pleasure you have had in the past by indulging in this negative behavior or pattern
Getting into a negative comfort zone!

4. Write down what it will cost you if you do not change NOW!
A better more fulfilling life
A positive mind set
The money I can make but am not
Quality time with my family
My goals and aspirations
