Basically im 21 years old, I was pretty skinny until I lost my job and for 8-9 months sat on the couch eating and watching TV.
Now im still skinny in the arms, my belly is quite fat, (pot bellied) and I feel extremely unfit and stiff.
I decided to get into working out and sorting myself so as a kick off I bought a PRO POWER Weight and Situp bench, along with 50kg of weights (barbell and dumbell).
What ive been doing lately is cutting alot of the rubbish ive been eating and eating alot more healthy, salads, porridge oats in the morning, no chocolate bars etc.
However when it comes to working out, I feel im doing this all wrong, I know you need to balance your workout out and this is sort of what ive been doing for a couple of days or so:

Can someone please advise me on what type of workout I should be doing, how many, etc etc.. so ive got a routine I can stick with then see results. I see so much online but you never know what to believe, so it may aswell be from a community.

Also, weight sizes ive been using to start is 12.5KG on the barbell, and 5KG on the dumbell(s).
