new workout plan

ive decided i need t oget back to the gym and am going to mainly use running starting around 15-25 minutes a day and adding in some weights
just want some advice on peopple who have made up plans and generally how long it takes to loose weight ect

thanks im just fed up of having no energy and sleeping loads

im only about a stone or two over weight but can really start to see it on my face now.
 
For good, factual info on a real workout plan, I would highly suggest a trip over to the fitness forums of this site. (go to the fitness.com homepage and click on the fitness forum) You may have to register for that one too, but that's not hard.

Anyway, that's where all the certified personal trainers, nutritionists, CSCS (clinical sports conditioning specialists), and various other educated, certified fitness experts are (not to mention a whole bunch of people varying from very beginning newbies, all the way to workout-freak-gym rats :p )
