new - what to do

hey everyone :)

ok basically, im new to the whole fitness every day thing, im 16, play football, do karate pretty much every week and my parents have just got some stuff for the garage like a treadmill, cycling machine.

ive never really done like fitness every day kind of thing like situps and that but would like to start.

im 5"8 9.5stone 16 years old male

any help would on like what i should start with and do in future would be great :)
