I've watched a couple of the videos. So far I approve of the information in there. Out of curiosity, how do you guys train?

Thank you for responding Goldfish!
Chris and mike in the video train for power, and have some respectable lifts for their bodyweight and age.
They have tried many power programs in the past including Madcow 5x5, Layne Nortons power hypertrophy, and currently on smolov jr. for bench press. Raff on the other hand trains more cardio intensive, with lighter weights for a toned body.

Thanks Goldfish!
Just to get your opinion, can you state what we can do better? Ideas that will attract more people?

Just keep making legit videos and keep on posting links to them in appropriate forums . Be honest in your videos - don't try to act like an authority on fitness, because no one is an authority on the subject. As you can see in my sig here, I've got a diploma of fitness. I've also got several other certifications in the field. You know what that means? It means I have a collection of paper. I'm just saying that to reinforce my point. So try to stay away from absolutes - whether or not you'd get more views with absolutes, I don't know, but if you can demonstrate credibility, you'll be doing a lot of good for your image.

Keep on posting up videos about how you each train, what you recommend for specific goals, the benefits of specific exercises, your thoughts on training, reviews of fitness programs and products, etc.

Oh, that reminds me, with reviews, go into a little more objective detail. I can't remember everything about the p90x review, and youtube's not loading properly for me right now for some reason, but I recall the review basically just saying words to the effect of: "Every good thing you've heard about p90x is true. I like it. I did it. It was good." I'd like to know what the actual contents of the program are, the pros and cons of it, how it helps you, etc. Try to answer the who/what/when/where/why/how Q's related to the topic of the video within the video as often as possible, while keeping the information digestable.

Thanks for replying Goldfish,
