My name is Allen, and I'm 22 years old. I registered on this forum because I wanted to find a supportive online community regarding weight loss, health, nutrition, and exercise.
I am about 5'10" and weigh over 210 lbs, so I'm concerned about my weight. I'm also concerned about my diet, relative lack of exercise, and overall health.
