I've only just starting training for triathlon and I would love any pointers or particular training sessions anyone knows. I'm 14, weight 55kg, play rugby (lock), cycle (time trials) and like running too. My main problem is the swimming so any tips would be great on that too.
Cycling wise ive done a 10 mile time trial (ressembly hilly) in 27:40
Running ive done 5km in 28:16 (only been running properly for a month)
swimming not sure on any times
Im quite fit as ive always done sport and I'm now taking GCSE PE so will have a hetic sports lifestyle now . My rest heart is 57 and my max heart rate is 211 though thats changing quite a lot at the moment.
Any help would be great, like weight training too as its the off-season now, plus any specific things I should be doing and how many times should I be swimming because I'm going to join a club where we swim every tuesday and thursday and ride/run on saturdays.
