Good Morning All! I'm a newbie. I have been dieting for 16 whole days now! I am doing low calorie and I have already seen a change. I have lost 6 lbs so far and I am so excited. It was hard to mentally prepare for a change of eating habits. When you fail so many times sometimes you become disgusted. But I am motivated now - not disgusted, and what I lose-I lose. I enjoy reading your postings, every one is very supportive! So, heres to a healthier life style--(And all the hard work that comes with it!)
