Been working out consistently for about 4 years. In that time I lost about 30 lbs and I'm now, at 38, in the best shape of my life. I found this forum looking for some help in tweaking my routine and was pleasantly surprised to find a vibrant and active community with so many helpful members so I decided to join! :D
