I am new to Weight Loss Fitness forum. I do not have anyone that is interested in doing this weight loss thing with me, so I am turning to this online forum. I'd like to hook up with someone(s) that we can provide support to each other, to check in with to see how it is going day to day.
Last summer I was in excellent shape, and I now find it hard to get back to that shape. So I am revisiting my library of books and found a Fit or Fat book that has lots of legitimate information to losing that weight with common sense.
Keeping it simple, natural foods, no processed foods, staying away from fats, and keeping an even and not so strenuous exercise program. I have learned a lot from reading that book and will post some of that information at some point.
Hope to hear from some fellow weight loss enthusiasts.
