New to this site, finally found home

Ive been searching for so long for a website that can help me with my fitness problems. Im 16 and weigh 184 pounds. U might picture me as a big butter ball but i just weigh so much cause i have like huge thighs and calves for a boy. I dont see my self in good shape and i see losing weight as a huge thing for me cause i can get so much out of it like

having way more confidence in my self, being able to show off my body more, and not having such a hard time during tryouts to make a team cause i suck at running exercises. Ive been running a treadmill for 2 years now but i havent really committed myself to constantly running it cause i just dont have a good workout i can stick to. Now im not looking to start off by walking and working my way up, i wanna get down to business and start improving my endurance as well as physical stature as well.

I know some of you guys in here know a lot about workouts. So can u please just give me an ideal workout i can get started on?
