New to this site and to HIIT

I have recently started doing HIIT. I have tried the running. It seems to be a great workout. However, i hate running. So monotonous. I was wondering how HIIT can be applied to other exercises. I was thinking biking, rollerblading, or any other exercise that is more fun than running. O and it should be mentioned that i dont have a stationary bike. I'm really looking forward to your replies. Thanks.

thanks for all the help guys.

What exactly is HIITS...
I wasn't sure so I thought it was "high intensity interval training"
If that's they case then it could be applied to any type of cardio workout, EASILy.

Yeah...you can apply HIIT with other exercises.

HIIT can be applied to any cardio excercise. The key is just to get up the heart rate and maintain some push after your short high intensity cycle. Biking and rollerblading could be easy to drop off to much.
