so since new years i've lost about 35 pounds...i dont have a solid starting point, but i know i was in the 240's...now i'm 212.
i'm 20 years old, 6'1'' tall...i do labor work 5 days a week and go to the gym religously every other day...i spend most of my time there lifting weights, but i still do a "warm up and cool down" on the rowing machine for ten mins when i get there and for ten mins again before i leave. i'm pretty proud of what i've done...its been easier than i first thought it would be but hard as heck at the same time.
i used to enjoy eating a little too much...i would eat fried food almost every day...i had no regard for my health. i eat very healthy now, theres still room for improvement in my diet but its a lot better now than it was....a LOT better.
i'd like to get down to the 180's, and the way i'm going it shouldent take too long...i've been taking pictures of myself throughout the whole diet, and i can deffinately see a difference.
i still have a ways to go...my stomach has a bit of contrasting to do before i'm gonna be happy with myself....i've read a little bit about people who have lost a lot of weight and have a lot of extra skin...i dont have any loose skin anywhere right now, everything been going just like i expected it....but, is it something i should worry about? i just read about some pretty graphic stories and i dont want to have to go through anything like that...i just cant see where my stomach is gonna go?? haha
lately i havent been losing as much weight as i was in the begining...thats good tho...i've been losing a pound or two a week, but i'm increasing the weights i lift at the gym.
