new to the gym

hey everyone, i'm about to join a gym, and i've never been to one before. i've heard this gym has almost everything that you'd need, so availablilty of machines is not an issue. but i have some goals and i'd like help with them. my goals are to

1. Lose fat on the stomach
2. Build up the chest
3. Build up biceps

i kind of have a six pack, but i've become less active over time and a little bit of fat has started to cover them. i eat healthy, so i was wondering what exercises would be good to burn that off? cardio? and if so, what kind, treadmill? bikes? and what would be a good ab workout?

then for the chest, what exercises should i do. bench press? dumb bell press?

and also what exercises should i do for biceps?
