New to the forums !

Hello there ! My name is Cristian and I am 16 . About a year ago I decided to try to get myself in better shape and im now practicing boxing. I am here because I wish to learn from some of what you guys know about being fit, and share my own experiences with you guys. So yeah im ready to start. :)

First thing is what type of fitness you want. There are a good number, for boxing you will need local muscular endurance, co-ordination, strength and some degree of flexibility.
If you are wanting to add to this for specific or vague goals you can do this by integrating other work with your current regime.
I am a bit of a freak by liking to be powerful in low rep ranges, have good muscular endurance and cardio vascular stamina with co-ordination and flexibility to spare as well. As you can imagine I have to mix my training up a bit.
 
I am new here and hopefully doin this right, i am a 53 yr old man, i have been lifting weights for many yrs. and most of them were spent trying to gain mass but as i eventually found out i was doin it wrong and now it doesnt take long at all to gain mass.
