Hey everyone,
I'm new to the forums and I just wanted to introduce my self. I'm a Real Estate investor/Agent in the Dallas area and more recently, my weight problem has become more of a health issue. I'm only 5'6 and I weight a little over 200 pounds.I'd hope to lose at least 30-40 pounds but I'm not sure how to get there and how long it will take me.
I want to work out early in the morning around 5-6 AM. I really hate cardio but I'm considering biking to the gym. My gym has a pool and I was thinking I could swim for 30-45 minutes daily. Then biking from home to the gym would probably take me about 30 minutes for the round trip.
I don't have a diet plan yet. I was thinking about just eating a banana early in the morning before the work out. Then eating a couple eggs with a piece of bread for breakfast. I can have a chicken salad for lunch and some cereal for dinner. If I add a small snack I think I should be around 1,500 per day.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
