Hi All!
I have never been on such a forum before. To be honest, I felt kind of awkward?!
But I think I need it.
I am Russian, from Germany, living in Japan
one lovely sunny day I noticed my careless lifestyle (parties, sitting day long, no sports, computer games all the time and overdoing with alcohol and fastfood to be precise) wasn't doing me any good...
I tried millions of diets and I managed to find one that works and I lost 13 kilos (from 73 to 60) within 2-3 months with no sports. I was so happy that I forgot how hard it was for me to be that huge! It was 2010...
Now is 2015.
15th January 2015 I weighed 85.8 kilos oh jayzuz. haha I was blind or something so I decided to take care of myself again. I have stamina at least thanks to that and I tried to find a few reasons for me to keep track of the diet and not give up.
It has been precisely 2 months since 15th of January and I lost 12.5 kg precisely (from 85.8 to 73.3 kilos). Feels good. But my aim is to weigh either 65 or 60 or depends how it goes maybe max 58? (in this case min. 58). I am 24 (soon 25 years old) and 168 cm tall. Should be fine I guess.
I noticed:
1) My friends are doing everything for me to stop diet and eat junk food and drink alcohol (are they really friends?) haha
2) Boys on the street started asking my number (nice)
3) I feel good, I look good (how could I forget that in 2010 when I started "breaking bad"?)
4) My parents are very happy (not because I am becoming thinner - because I am becoming healthier - how many deseases are connected with obesity it's crazy)
I just really really hope that I won't stop at a certain point. I am very afraid
Currently I am doing the separate foods diet (2 days yoghurts/kefir + carbs, 2 days protein and fats, 2 days vegetables and fruits), I don't eat after 6 pm, I drink 1-2-3 l. of water per day, depends on mood, I don't eat pastry and other carb aka death of diabetics stuff and yeah I don't drink alcohol.
I go to gym 3-4 times a week with 45 min cardio and other stuff. I am not interested in muscles more like routine things to keep my body healthy.
So yeah, let's see how it will work out for me.
Thanks for listening/reading? this composition
If you need any advice or you think I need advice, please let me know! I am a beginner in a way, even though I researched a lot before doing a diet not to go into extremes.
P.S. anybody did ketogenic diet? It sounds very very very attractive but I am not sure if I should try...
