hey everyone, i'd just like to say hi to everyone, my name is chris and i live in california. i'm 19, about 170 lbs., and maybe 7-8 % body fat, 5'10"

i'd just like to say taht this looks like a great forum because i havn't seen any negative comments that dont help people, and i look forward to helping and getting helped.

there are rules on message boards. i've been kicked off for not being Nice enough!
also since it's anonymous, you have to try to be nicer. sarcasm does not come across easily.
