Hello all...Just thought I would say hi

Getting back into fitness again...

As far as a few things about myself regarding fitness, etc...

I am a huge boxing fan and a boxing writer as well...I write for and have reported on fights out in Las Vegas, New York, Miami, and a few other places.

I have always found boxing to be the best workout for me, but was needing some help regarding a structured diet, sports drinks, and what other workouts are good for the mind and body.
