Hi Im new here and just wondering if anyone could offer a little advice. I am 5"9 and weigh 156 pounds, i know i am not overweight but i have a lot of access flub ive been skinny all my life so im pretty down about my weight at the moment. Im looking to lose at least 10 to 15 pounds but im the kind of person who cant stay commited to a diet plan or regular gym visits (although im paying for a membership) Does anyone have some easy tips on how to eat less and healther and also how to add excersise into my day without really noticeing it? Any kind of quick tips to help me achecive my goal weight in the shortest amount of time would be very appricated. Next summer i want to feel great on the beach Thanks
