New to the forum, but not new to weight loss.

Hello everyone,

I'm here mostly to give and get support as I work on getting back to my fighting form. I was in the best shape of my life five years ago, but pancreatic cancer robbed me of that and now has left me to cope with this challenge.

I am currently a type 2 diabetic following surgery that removed 2/3rds of my pancreas, so I'm already on a limited diet. So I've been putting a lot of my efforts into exercising. I am currently on the treadmill at 3.3 mph twice a day; each session for 1/2 hour. I'm also lifting weights three times a week; each session lasting 20-25 minutes.

That's it in a nutshell. Thanks for the forum.
