New to the forum and would really appreciate your advice

Hi All,

I hope you are all well.

I need a lot of advice if possible please. I am getting married in May and want to lose as much weight as possible.

I have already cut out eating crisp, chocolate and drinking fizzy drinks. I am eating a lot more fruit having at least 5 to 6 different varieties a day (Apples, Oranges, Grapes, Tangerines, Pears). I am also cutting carbs down to a bare minimum by not having any bread etc. I do have some potatoes with my evening meal but not many. For my lunch i am having salads with some lean meat. In addition to completely changing my diet I am also going gym between 4 and 6 times a week.

Can anyone give me any tips on what is the most fastest way to get rid of fat before my wedding. I will try almost anything.

Hi Ryan,
It's great that your are cutting out some of the garbage, but be careful with the fruits. There are a lot of calories (& sugar) in fruit, so it is often recommended to keep the amount of fruit down to a minimum when trying to lose weight. Substitute the fruit for vegetables and you will make much larger strides.

Weight training is the most important part of losing weight AND looking good, when related to working out.

If you want to maximize your fat lose and you are doing cardio, doing 10-15 of HIIT instead of whatever cardio you might be doing.
