Hi everyone, I recently found this board and have been reading your success stories. I have to say you are all great motivation and I have enjoyed hearing about your journeys.
I'm about half a pound away from my halfway point. It's been a very slow process and has taken me more than a year to get where I am. I've been alot more focused for the last ten weeks but it's still coming off incredibly slow.
I basically count my calories and exercise on the treadmill four to six times a week. I really try to eat low carbs and stay away from anything containing white flour and sugar. But of course every once in a while I lose that battle. I drink tons of water and that is basically my only beverage.
It feels like it's going to take another year to lose the last 38 pounds!!!!
