Hello!

I've been overweighted since age of 10 and i didn't even realize that something's wrong..
Got invitation to medical check for army at age of 21 (mandatory in the country i live in), surgeon said clearly NO and booked in for endocrinologist (i've been getting testosterone shots every 3 weeks since then, reason: minimal produce of T by natural).
I weighted 110kg one year ago
Lost 7kg since TRT(testosterone replacement therapy) Duration: 1 year
Current:
age: 22 y
gender: male
weight: 101,4 kg
height: 179 cm
bodyfat%: unknown ( will get it ASAP but used to be around 27%sh)
Last 2 weeks.
8:00- glass of water, 2 eggs, 2 full grain toast, 2 slices of cheese=sandwich + sometimes oatmeal
vitamin D
12:00- glass of water, pasta with broccoli, beans, chicken breast OR mysli+full grain toast with chicken
16:00- glass of milk, some potatoes with baby carrots, 1x tomato, small slice of pure meat or fish
19:00- swimming for 45minutes as medium speed + stretches 10min in pool. Monday, Wednesday, Friday
20:15- drinking chocolate protein shake (24grams of protein)
20:30- small dinner (handful of veggies + few potatoes + 1 and half chicken breast)
23:30- sleeptime

In the meanwhile of meals i drink plenty of water and eat snacks (apple, grape, orange, banana?)
I've lost 3kg (which is waterweight i guess)
by the data of MyFitnessPal app i consume around 1900kcal per day
Is it okay to start like this with healthy lifestyle?
Waiting for corrections, suggestions, recommendations etc. (i was thinking about swimming for few months before i even move for any weights or strength training because i struggle at pretty much anything which weights more thn 20kg, but ofcourse if any good specialist recommends me weighs, strength i will consider it for sure)

Shydude.

Looks good so far, improvements and changes come with time, I would suggest cutting out the snacks if you can as a first step.

With lifting weights, we all start somewhere, dont worry that you may not be able to lift what others lift to begin with, and strength training is important during fat loss. Do you have access to a gym or weights at home ?

Thank you for your reply!
Yes i have access to a gym at the pool, i don't own any weights at home.

I would suggest you get a trainer for 1 or 2 sessions to teach you correct form for the major exercises, while it is possible to watch videos online, it is hard for a beginner to pick the good from the bad and it is easier to learn from someone in person.
