Hey everybody,
I'm Marzipan, I'm 19 and I'm not familiar with forums at all, so I'm just taking a guess that I am supposed to start a new thread to introduce myself? However, I am not new to weight loss, I have tried lots of different things. Some things did in fact work, TSFL made me lose about 50lbs. TSFL - Take Shape For Life. Yes I am a health coach for it but am not here to advertise for it, and no I don't think it's the ONLY way to lose weight. I have been as heavy as 280lbs.(SophmoreH/S) and as low as 192lbs.(Summer2014). I am currently at 208lbs.(I want to blame the cold weather...
) and really am just here to offer support and advice when and where I can, and definitely to learn as much as I can.. I have an extremely hard time staying focused and motivated lately (Hence the 192lbs. to 208lbs.). Have a good day! We will hopefully talk soon.
