hey, whats going on everyone, new member, happy to be here to discuss my fitness escapades, haha, ive recently turned to a lifestyle of healthiness and good eating habits, and couldnt be happier, i no longer eat fast food nor drink any kind of pop or high sugar drinks, nor do i drink alcohol, so in the past 4 months, ive gone from being 5'11" 228lbs and 26% body fat to a much better 189lbs and trimmed the body fat to 19%, aside from the healthy eating habits, ive turned to cycling to bring my weight down, i love every second of it, i wish i had more time to ride actually b/c id like to increase on my 200 miles a week, i like the way i feel after a ride, i recommend it to everyone, but anyways, im done babbling and am glad to be part of the forum, thanks.
