Hey you guys! My name is Donna and I am 24 years old. I joined this group because it has inspired me, just looking over it the past few weeks and reading some posts has motivated me, I can do this. I am currently at 227lbs. and I am 5'5. My husband recently left for Basic Training so now I have alot of time on my hands to just have time for well "ME" I am a mother of a 5 year old daughter. I recently lost 10 in about a months time just from chainging my eating habits and now with exercise I hope to lose more weight. Any ideas would be great on exercise program and eating habits!!! Thanks you all for your soon encouragments!! THANKS

HI and Welcome. If you have never really exercised before, walking is always a good place to start. Maybe you could go for walks with your daughter to the park each day now that the weather is starting to get nicer. When my son was that age I always made a point of taking him to the park everyday when it was warm enough. It was great exercise for me and gave us some good quality time together each day.
