Well, I am new to fitness.com and was just looking to discuss my goals and strategies with all of you, as I realize that is the reason most of you are here.
Anywho...
My fitness profile:
Height: 5'11
Weight: 135
Bench: 170
Squat: 250
Sports: Track, Baseball, and boxing
Calorie intake: 1800-2000 per day
Activity level: lifting or cardio 30-60 mins a day
Not too impressive, but I consider myself to be healthy, and most importantly, I feel good and have a fairly high energy level.
Being in baseball, Track, and boxing for many years has kept me slightly slender and I've been wanting to bulk up and expand into power lifting. However, I feel that I don't have the necessary experience to do this and hopefully with the help of some of you here, I can accomplish my goal.
