New To Excercising/Weight Loss
Hello, everybody. I am a 26 year old male, aprox. 5'7 in height and 196 lbs. I have only within the last few years put on this extra 20-25 lbs and am interested in getting rid of it once and for all. Since the first of March I have been eating between 1000-1200 calories a day, coupled with cardio 5X a week. To be specific I usually try to run between 5 and 6 miles on a treadmill, plus 10 or 20 minutes on an elliptical.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I honestly have no idea what I am doing! Feel free to be as harsh as a place called The Harsh Truth would seem to suggest!
