New to Cardio training and i love it ! Any advices ?!

As the title says im new to cardio training .

Im a male , 19 years old , 177cm , 88KG , around 20 - 23 % BF (maybe less :azzangel:) and im going to the GYM 3-4 times a week(started two weeks ago) , im also eating very healthy and clean since i started GYM.So coz of my increased BF , im doing cardio(treadmill) for 20 mins and my average HR is around 180+.Some times it goes up to 205 :speechless::speechless: (as the machince says :SaiyanSmilie_anim::SaiyanSmilie_anim:). After my workout im doing some weight exercises and then again cardio for another 10 mins ... more intensive this time . Im wondering if this is a good begginer program to start off.I want to lose around 12 kg (26.4 pounds) and as much BF AS POSSIBLE :animal3::animal3: ! ! ! ! !

Oh and another thing ! I LOVE CARDIO !!!!

Any advices?
 
Well im not a cardio expert so I will leave that to them but one thing I will say is, if you want to keep enjoying your cardio make sure you get a damn good pair of shoes.
