New to Body weight training, need help!

Hey there i've been doing lots of cardio lately, around 4000 skips a day and 1-2 miles on the treadmill, this usually takes me around 1 - 1 and a half hours a day. Ive also been doing some crunches but not religiously. Im 17 years old and im eating properly because ive been losing fat gradually, now i'm at 154 pounds at 5 foot 10.

I have acess to dumbells and a bench only, is there any workout plans you guys could reccomend to help me get in to the whole body weight training thing, and how not to mix my days up for example, should i do cardio one day and weight training another?
 
Are you looking to gain or lose weight?
Either way try and get your hands on a long bar, I forget what there called for god sake, the long one with weights on either end!
Erm and do some compound movements, squats, dead lifts, bench press!
Depending on what you want to do:
Gain weight: low reps with high weight
Lose weight: High reps with medium weight!
