Alright to start off im a male 30 years old im 6'3 weight 280 lbs and right around 26% body fat i been working on a meal plan and just wanted to see what every body or atleast some body thought of it so here we go
6 AM i eat a cup of egg whites ( 6 eggs total ) you triple zero yogurts and a protine shake
9Am can of tuna and 1 yougurt
12PM 12 oz salad with half a can of black beans and 8 oz of chicken
3PM can of tuna and 1 yougurt
6PM protine shake 1 can tuna and beagle ( this is after my work out)
9pm 8 oz of extra lean hamburger and 1 cup egg whites
Any and all help is welcome totals come out to be 378 protine 189 carbs and 28 fats calories come out to 2520 thanks for any help that comes my way
