I just got it like 2 hours ago, and i am already in love with this thing. It got amazing reviews on amazon. Its the tribest personal blender (i got ito on shopperschoice.com - they have the PB-200 cheaper than amazon has the PB-100!!)
ANYWAYS, im ready to start making healthy smoothies...but how!? I want to get protein powder and stuff like that, but i have no clue which ones are good. How do you figure that stuff out? And what about other "additions" like flax seed?? Do they make protein powder different for different people, or is it all the same stuff??
