new schdule, any pointers?

Hey,

As it is the off season now I haven't been doing a lot (rugby training on tuesday, core session some other day and a cardio workout another day). So basically I'm gonna hit december with my new workout plan - I'm going to up it gradually but the end result will be this:

Monday - hour before school on elliptical

Tuesday - hour before school on elliptical - rugby training (1:30 hours)

Wednesday - hour before school on rower - triple PE (total 3 hours)

Thursday - hour before school on elliptical - core session ( + videos after - not sure if this is too tough?)

Friday - hour before school on elliptical - brick session (bike followed by run)

Saturday - swim - long ride or run

Sunday - REST

Any ideas, I'm training for triathlons and cycling, if that helps. Also about me: I'm extrememly fit (if i dont say so myself), im 14, and weigh 120 pounds but am relatively muscly.
