new runner

ive been training religiously now for the past 9years weekly and started joggin 1 month ago 4-6 times/week for 20min. is this good and when should i boost it up.my weight trainin is the same i even have more energy due to this and am so totally ripped. what now?? advice or tips please. thanx:eek:
 
Well want do you want?
More muscle?
more fitness?
less fat?
 
If you want more muscle then you will need to cut down the running to 2-3x 20min.
Good bulking diet and effective weight training will be a good place to start.
 
and loads of protein
