new routine for myself

hi, this is my second thread on this forum, and i have thought of something new.
So today i did my 1000 situps and i also added some running into it and some pushups.
that's how i do it:
IN the evening i start it:
First 500 Situps, then i have a bowl of Cornflakes(cereal) to get me some energy along with one apple or a banana.
then i rest for 10 minutes, i have stairs in my house 13 stairs, so i go 13 steps upstairs and 13 steps down and i did that 50 times. i do it five times a row and then rest for a minute then go again, that made me sweat and weak, so i guess that was working, my whole body was being used.
then i went back to the 500 remaining situps, after finishing them i had another bowl of cereal and an apple to finish the day off.

From tomorrow i will try to do :
1000 Situps as usual+ 100-150 times running up and down the stairs, and 50 pushups, with 2 apples+2 bowls of cereal+and two toasts in the breakfast. And if I go outside, i will jog to the place as well.

So come one ppl, now tell me if i am doing it right or not? is my diet ok? or too much? and how about the exercise, is that less?
I want to hear ppl's opinions on this matter.

Anyway I am 17 years old, 5"10"(approximately) and weigh around 79, the previous was wrong due to a broken machine.
i can only do this while it's holidays, there's only 27 days left until i start college, so i am willing to use everysingle one of that day to get thinner and loose some weight.
I should have started this from last month, but anyway.

I have a question, see after this month, when i do these things regularly, and weigh around 65-69 Kg, do you think i'll be a bit skinner than before, or will the fat still be there, hanging?

Thanks a lot for your support, i will keep you updated on my weight and the progress, weekly, so the next report of my weight and progress will be on 8th August, Tuesday, which will be a week from when i started.

Today was the third day of my training, but i see not much difference, but in 3 days hardly anything happens, right? so i should be able to see some difference in 2 weeks or so.?????

Anyway thanks a lot, please leave a reply, bye and please don't be mad at me.

Sounds like a pretty good plan...remember to change the exercise from time to time so you don't get bored. Keep your eating balanced, make sure you are getting a good, well balanced meal, at your age expecially good food is important.

You will definately look skinnier 10 -15 kg lighter, I have just lost 13kg in 3 months and people can't believe how skinny I am. This should equal one or two clothes sizes.:D Balance the cardio work out with strength training and toning and you will not have any fat there hanging....;)
