New Program using bodyweight Excercises

Hi guys here a new program that uses bodyweight excercises and gym excercises your choice. I have been using this program for about two weeks after the workout session I feel really pumped. One workout session gives you 216 reps and takes about a half a hour. This program uses some of the same techniqes our armed forces use. You can check it out here.
