I got my new program today, im going to follow it 100%.

Tomorrow 30/11/08, is my starting date. All my food amounts have changed, but kind of foods have stayed same. I feel really postive about it (for a change). Ive lost 7.6k on my old program, now i want/need to lose the rest.

Im also stick and tired of people telling me to lose weight, when they dont know me or what i've been through. Why are people so nosey? Then when i am trying to lose weight people critisize what i am or im not eating. Things will be different, 2009 will be good.

Well, i bet you feel great.. how exciting.. a new program, i too am on my second program and apart from a deviation due to sickness i am doing well... I think you will notice the weight dropping a little faster.. my program was rather old so a few things had changed.. ha ha ... Congratulations on your weight loss so far .. 7.6 kg is a great start...
I think Cohens helps us in many ways.. I am sure you will find the power within yourself...

Hi Chanty. Good for you getting another program. I really wish you well & hope that people are more supportive of your wish to become healthier. By being positive about it yourself hopefully this will encourage them to do the same. I would be interested to know if there are any additions or subtractions from your original allowed foods. How old was your original program? Mine was early 2007. I try to stick to the original foods mainly as my everyday "diet" with some additions from the re-feed program and find this suits me best. How is everything going on the new program 86? HA HA…… that sounds like “Get Smart”… Sorry.. I shall refrain..
Has it all gone well, I think you are into week 2 now? Well we all wish you the best, don’t be scared to post wether its bad or good.. Sometimes just writing it down helps to move on and progress with the program…

Why not tell us a little about yourself.. What are your goals, are you Australian? You know the usually tit bits, nothing to personal…
