New product to burn fat fast !!!

Hi every body !!
I have to loose about 20pounds really quiclky.
I can de workouts and actually I do but it is not quick enough.
I really need a product to help me because my mind is thinkin that all I am tryin to do won't do anything...I NEED HELP
 
there is no magic pill that will burn calories and lose fat... what works is using more calories than yoou are taking in and it stays off long term if you do it in a sensible manner
 
:boxing: grrrrrrrrr I know that but I also know that you are tellin me the truth.... but everytime I am tryin to do smthg I don't see any result and I just give it up...because I fell like if it won't works...I need motivation I need to be sure what I am gon' do gonna work...
 
list in detail whar you are dooing and one of our friendly experts will give you an opinion on it.. but doing something for a few days then giving up is really not gooing to get you anywhere.
 
Well I do some abs, I play tennis... I couold do more when I was in theuniversity because there is a fitness room. But now It is over...
I think what I need is a daily program or smthg.. Actually I can do many things but I don't know if I do it the right way and it is probably why I think it won't works and finally I just give up...
 
You honestly think anything that will work THAT well won't affect your health someway ?
The more you put in the more you'll get out, most of us do weights and HIIT and they work well for us, personally tennis/footy/etc. never quite worked for weight loss
 
I dont see anything THUS FAR where you are controlling your DIET, In my opinion if the DIET is messed up (caloric energy equation, and ratios of nutrients), then the REST is messed up (your DIET MUST compliment the goal you are seeking). And, this is correct there IS NO MAGIC PILL. Even those whom are classified as obese, and get their stomach tied,,,,,are meeting the laws of energy balance because it makes them feel fuller and.......they eat less, and THUS expend more than they eat. Do yourself a HUGE favor and dont believe the hype on over the counter so called fat loss pills and the alike.

The most beneficial thing you can do: Is educate yourself on weight loss from REPUTATABLE web sites and/or books, and when you do, you will learn fairly quickly that it is the POWERFUL CALORIE that makes the MAIN difference in weight loss. One MUST be in a caloric deficit to loss weight, and a small reasonable surplus to gain weight (like gaining muscle).

If you research and correct your diet and have exercise compliment this, you will be on your way. One more thing, for every -3500 caloric deficit accumulated (all things considered equal), will net approximate 1lb of fat loss (now thats not withstanding that it may be possible to lose a bit if muscle as well, but lets not get too overly complicated)

There is no magic pill or product that can help you lose weight fast and, if there were such products, i'd stay away from them. Only a healthy diet and exercises can help you lose weight gradually and maintain it.
