Hello all. I have been trying to lose weight for a few months. Needless to say I am not trying too hard. I am 21 and weigh 180lbs. I am not proud of this. My husband is trying to keep me motivated sometime is makes me mad but hey I told him to help. Right know I am living with my in-laws due to we just moved to a very small town in October and their is no were to live. Trust me I have looked . When we first moved here my husband and I never saw each. He worked during the day and I worked at night. A few months ago I changed jobs. It has been great I get to spend time with him. Know I just have to really put effort into it. I want to have our first child next year and want to get down to a good weight.

Here is my goal.

Current weight: 180 lb
Live with weight: 145 lbs
Goal weight: 135 lbd
 
Welcome aboard! Living w/ inlaws can be tough and stressful..and stress can lead to poor eating..so just be aware. I find the best thing for my stress level is daily exercise and usually I do at least an hr a day. I mix up my workouts but i find 1 hr of a good workout and i sleep like a baby and feel ready for anything the next day. It is very smart of you to want to get down now before the baby... It is really important to start w/ a good fitness program and nutritional program before you decide to get pregnant..you will have a healthier pregnancy & bounce back faster. These boards are a great motivator, I'm sure you will reach your goal. Stoptheexcuses is right: I think it's VERY important to be in good physical shape before getting pregnant. Good luck, and I look forward to getting to know you.
