hi all. I just signed up here about 10 mins ago. i'm not too sure how all this works just yet, but i was curious if anyone has any advice for me, i'm all ears. Here's a little about myself. I'm 21 years old, i live in canada, and i would really like to get myself healthy again. I'm having a really hard time doing this though. Nothing seems to work for me, I feel that what i do do isn't enough. If anyone has any advice or just wants to say hi, like i said, i'm all ears. Thanks a Bunch.
