Hello all i just want to introduce myself and say hello. My name is Fox I am from Manhattan NY. I a beginner in the fitness world. I started working on my body hard 3 days ago. Now im sore and ready to keep going at it.lol lol. Im always looking to learn at all times. I am currently a professional model. I am a size 12-10 and I need to drop to a 8-9. I have been doing cardio (treadmill & areobic class) I been doin ok so far. I also hit weight and that the part that is scaring me. My arms are on fire but I dont wanna let this stop me. Should I continue to work out every day though my arms and legs are sore.. And please some one give me advice on a more faster and healther way to drop down to the sizes I mentioned Earlier.

No, do not weight train every day.

Give yourself at least 48 hours of rest between weight training sessions.

Your body needs to recover from the stress.


As far as fast ways of dropping size, you're not gonna do it healthy. It takes months of dedicated nutrition and exercise to achieve goals, there are no short cuts.
 
Your soreness will subside. Doesn't mean your muscles have stopped repairing. Increase your calories intake (good, nutrition-dencse calories), take your antioxidants, protein, complex carbs, glutamine, and water, water, water.
 
hello fox welcome aboard.. give those muscles time to repair themselves, you need to let them recoup to do any good for them. whats your lifting routine???
