Hello all i just want to introduce myself and say hello. My name is Fox I am from Manhattan NY. I a beginner in the fitness world. I started working on my body hard 3 days ago. Now im sore and ready to keep going at it.lol lol. Im always looking to learn at all times. I am currently a professional model. I am a size 12-10 and I need to drop to a 8-9. I have been doing cardio (treadmill & areobic class) I been doin ok so far. I also hit weight and that the part that is scaring me. My arms are on fire but I dont wanna let this stop me. Should I continue to work out every day though my arms and legs are sore.. And please some one give me advice on a more faster and healther way to drop down to the sizes I mentioned Earlier.
