Hi everyone! Im new to this forum and need some help!

Im 20, and had a baby 10 months ago. i was around 9 1/2 stone before i got pregnant and during my pregnancy gained nearly 4 stone. I lost most the weight really quickly, within the first few weeks in fact. But i am really struggling to get past the 11 stone mark. And in the past couple of months ive noticed ive started to gain weight again, mainly on my hips stomach and face, but im now gaining weight faster than before i was pregnant even though i dont have as much time to sit there eating now and im definitely moving more!

Does anyone have any diet / fitness tips? I would love to join a gym but dont have the money or anyone to look after baby

thanks for reading!!

Hi Hollie! I just joined the forum today. There's a great thread pinned at the top of the Newcomers section with lots of good advice. I used to know the stone to pounds conversion, but my old mind ain't what it used be! Congrats on the baby and best of luck with you weight loss efforts!

Welcome to the forum!!!

If you haven't done so already, start a journal in the Weight Loss Diary section. That's where most of the action is on the forum. It's a great way to keep in touch with everybody so I would recommend it.

Anyway, you don't need a gym to workout. Just workout at home. You can do a quick Google search for "workouts at home" (or something similar) to find a huge amount of exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home, most of which don't require weights or machinery of any kind.
