Hello ladies and gents
I just wanted to introduce myself and tell you all a little bit about me and why I'm here, I'll keep it short as not to bore you all too much. Anyway, my name's Isaac, I'm 20 years old, and I'm a live in carer (I spend 2 weeks solid at a service users house, then 2 weeks at mine and so on and so forth). I'm 5ft10 and I currently weigh 17st on the dot
over the last 7 years I've put on 9st even though up until recently I used to do boxing training twice a week. I'm a smoker and I'm asthmatic. Anyway, the reason I'm here is to get some advice on losing weight (a lot of it) and getting fit. I don't do any exercise at all and all I eat is a ready meal per day, I'm on a very limited budget. So if anyone could point me in the direction of any help or advice I'd much appreciate it. You're a super star if you've managed to get this far, haha.
