Hey all,

Just joined up, although I have visited before, and thought i would introduce myself!

I'm brendan (obviously) and am looking to both lose weight, while adding strength (who isn't!). Anyway, just thought I would also say that its great to see such a friendly, honest and motivating forum. Everyone seems willing to help and spread their knowledge, which is great! So a thank you in advance.

I will post my current, and intended, diet and work out when I get a chance, and with them my goals, etc.
