Hi All
My name is Noel and I am 60 years of age. About 3 weeks ago I weighed myself and I was 120kg. I was 106 kg prior but even that was too much. So I went on a diet, stopped 99% of sugar, meals half the size, muesli for brekky, have tomato on cruskits for lunch and no biscuits / lollies etc. I will add I no longer consume alcohol, gave that away about 4 years ago. I also should add my wife is overseeing my diet as I have little idea of what I am doing. Well after 2 weeks I weighed myself ( which was the Thursday just gone ) and I was down to 115 kgs. I am wrapt. Just wanted to know about the fruit thing and how much of that can I consume. Would it be right to have watermelon / rockmelon daily. As it is I eat 2 apples / pears daily. It is my intention to get down to 100 kgs at this point. I am 184 cm tall, about 6 foot 2 inches. I retired 5 years ago and my weight while I was working was always around 95 kgs.
