hello everyone...i am new here and this is my first post hehe...i am 20 and i am from Mexico, i have to admit that i havent worked out since almost a year ago...and i am embarrased to say my current weight,i will just say that i am overweight ... but after browsing this site i decided to start a healthier way of life.
I have no money to go to a specialist, i know i need to change my eating habits, i want to workout... i used to do aerobics, cardio and weight lifting...but my brother (he is a doctor) told me that i first need to lose at least 40 lbs with diet so i can start working out and dont hurt my knees
Are there any tips you can give me to start with?
