Hello everyone..
My name is Vanessa.
I have been curently dieting for two weeks .. successful as of yet..
This is not the first time i have tried to lose weight .. actually i have successfully lost weight twice in my life .. eighty pounds total when i was fourteen to sixteen .. down to 110. I gained the weight back through college.. and was at an all time high two years ago of 255. I dieted again and lost a lot of weight .. down to 204. Fast forward to today. I kind of let myself go again, and after a year of that last weight loss .. two weeks ago i made myself step on the scale (something i wasnt looking forward to but did i knew i gained some weight in the last year) I was devestated when the scale red back to me 222.5.. eighteen pounds GAINED. I decided then and there to take control. I can lose weight but the problem with me is KEEPING it OFF.
This is my game plan:
EVERY DAY 2x pilates crunch fitness workout 40 minutes twice per day seven days per week.
weight checked and recorded after every session of working out each morning.
every five days measurement of bust, waist, hips and arms .. a problem for me.
LOTS and LOTS of salad .. at least one meal per day a nice big yummy salad
low fat soups .. mm mm .. and its good
fruits and veggies
low carbs
protien is good
and Trimspa .. there are very promising things with hoodia gordonii
Starting weight two weeks ago: 222.5
current weight today: 217.5
total lost: 5lbs!!!!
first goal weight: 199lbs
major timespan goal: 180lbs by 5/30/06
BIGGEST PROBLEM: LATE NIGHT SNACKING. period.

hi vanessa

sounds like your on a roll! As a late night snacker, the two things that work best for me are, water and lots of it, and eating six small meals a day.

congrats on your five pound loss!

Hey Vanessa...welcome. Good luck with your weight loss goals. Sounds like you are off to a good start losing 5 pounds already. Congrats! I have seen the commercials for products like Trimspa, but I don't know anyone who has ever tried them. Let me know how it works for you. You have found a great forum. This place is sure to keep you motivated and encouraged! :)
