I describe it as a personalised low carb, low fat, small portions, limited types of veges and fruit, weigh every bit of food diet!!
So, it sounds horrendous. But in reality, its fantastic.
The diet works to stabilise insulin levels, increase human growth hormone (which causes the weight loss) and increase serotonin levels (which is why we nearly always feel good about what we are doing!)
The diet is personalised - so everyone has different amounts of food to eat.
You eat 3 meals a day, plus you can have crispbread or fruit in between meals (limited amounts)
and you never feel hungry - amazing!!
In the USA, its called 1st Personal Diet, and it is done over the internet.
Have a look through the forums, and you'll see how effective it is!
